By The Numbers: Top Hunters and Supports Week 6

by HiRez ESports | Jun 17, 2014
We are 6 weeks into the Smite World Championship Qualifiers and every weekend the best players from across the world battle it out. By The Numbers takes a look at the top players statistics from each role across multiple categories. These are the top 6 Hunters and Supports from across the SWC with a minimum of 15 games played.

Hunters

Although Team SoloMid did not make it to the finals this past weekend, Smek still managed to surpass BaRRaCCuDDa for the highest KDA in the entire world. Europe is simply dominating North American Hunters right now, having 4 out of the top 6 spots. No one new manages to break the top 6, but players such as Snoopy and Madmanmarc are right behind looking for an opportunity to get back.

With an astounding MVP level performance, Zapman pumped out the damage this past weekend, keeping him consistent enough to top MoeX for most damaging Hunter in the world. It seems Zapman and BaRRaCCuDDa are the only NA hunters that can compete with Europe right now with Kobrokai, from Agilitas, also showing up to compete at a top level.

The Game Changers do not waver this week as the team with the most farm in the world. Leading the charge for them is Snoopy, who even increased his average GPM giving him a strong hold as the most farmed player in the entire SWC.

Supports

Nothing seems to be changing a lot with the top supports in the world. Snipes very own Incontinentia still sits atop the rest with his aggressive style of play. He has the most kills on a support[84], and limits his deaths[43], but has low assist numbers in comparison to the next three players on the list. 2nd-4th all break the 400 assist barrier, but Incontinentia sits at only 278.

Cluelessfrezzy is still mitigating the most damage in the entire world at 21,890. Pulliam from TORCH also comes in at number 6 this week, knocking Shadowq from the top 6.

Supports seem to stay very consistent statistically as once again there is only a single player change to the top GPM. Chrispocket of Critasaurus comes in, knocking off Cluelessfrezzy for the 6th spot. Eonic in 2nd continues to show us why we call The Game Changers the most farmed team in the entire world.

Only four weeks remain in the qualifiers as we make our way to the Smite World Championship in January 2015. Come watch all these players battle it out for money and a chance to compete on the world stage every Saturday 12pm EDT/1800 CEST and Sunday at 9am EDT/1500 CEST on Twitch.tv/smitegame.
