Hi-Rez Studios is hiring an experienced, video game centric German Marketing Manager to work across the Hi-Rez Studios Games but focusing on Smite and Paladins, at our studio in Brighton, UK.

What our Marketing Manager do:
Part of the German team you will be working closely with the Community and Localisation Specialists in order to build programmes to promote our games in German. You will also be working very closely with the user acquisition, PR, and product teams based in Alpharetta, and you will develop and execute strategic pre-launch, launch, and post launch marketing plans across Hi-Rez games.
Plan the strategy, set up KPI, and execute Marketing programmes
Propose budget for each Marketing programmes and constantly review the KPI, build cross-functions reports to educate and monitor performance and make course corrections along the way to optimise.
Identify and action initiatives driving online / offline acquisition and engagement.
Directly manage agencies and local partners.
Identify and manage co-marketing efforts with cross-industry partners.
Track and highlight German players’ needs through research, analysis, and an expanding knowledge of interactive entertainment.
Track and analyze performance data and market trends
Conduct competitive title and marketplace reviews to aid in positioning our upcoming games.
Be creative and drive big ideas that break out from the standard campaigns.
Keep up to date on the latest ad formats, networks, and performance tracking capabilities in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Communicate up/down/across, keeping external developers and company staff informed and excited about the marketing work planned and completed.
Be data-driven: monitor, analyze, understand, stay nimble, adjust, and constantly optimize. Data-driven marketing campaign is not new to you as you already conducted some.
